200g Calibration Weight
200g calibration weight is a high-precision measuring instrument mainly used for calibration, verification, and daily validation of electronic scales, laboratory analytical instruments, jewelry scales, precision electronic scales, and other equipment. Its high stability and precision (commonly classified as E2, F1, F2) make it a key tool in industries such as scientific research, pharmaceuticals, gold jewelry, and food testing.

Material selection
Non magnetic stainless steel (316/316L): highest grade (E2/F1 grade), corrosion-resistant, anti magnetic interference, suitable for high-precision laboratories.
304 stainless steel: economical F2 grade weight, suitable for conventional industrial testing.
Brass chrome plating: rare, used in specific anti-static scenarios.
Structural Design
Cylindrical/Flake: The 200g weight is mostly cylindrical with an adjustment chamber (adjustable mass).
Polishing/Grinding Treatment: Fine polishing of the surface of high-grade weights to reduce adsorption errors.
Matching tweezers: E2/F1 grade weights are usually equipped with non-magnetic tweezers to avoid hand contamination.
Application scenarios
Laboratory analysis: Calibrate an electronic balance with an accuracy of 0.1 mg or higher.
Jewelry and precious metal testing: Verify the accuracy of weighing jewelry scales and gold bars.
Food and drug production: Ensure that packaging weight meets regulatory requirements.
Educational institutions: Quality benchmark teaching in physics and chemistry experiments.
Correct operation method
Use anti-static gloves or tweezers for handling to avoid hand sweat and oil contamination.
Handle with care to prevent deformation caused by falling or collision.
When calibrating, the weight should be consistent with the ambient temperature (recommended constant temperature of 20 ± 2 ℃).
Storage and maintenance
Storage in a dry environment: humidity ≤ 60% to prevent oxidation.
Special storage box: Avoid dust adsorption, E2 grade weights are recommended to be stored in a sealed container.
Regular cleaning: Wipe with anhydrous ethanol and dry with a soft cloth.
Calibration cycle
E2/F1 level: It is recommended to have it verified by a metrology institution once a year.
F2 level: It can be verified every 1-2 years according to the frequency of use.
Although the 200g calibration weight is small, it is the "gold standard" for quality control. Proper selection and maintenance can greatly enhance the reliability of measurement data, especially in high-precision fields where minor errors may affect the overall situation. It is recommended that users strictly follow measurement standards to ensure the accuracy of value transmission.
